Service Agreement

By engaging our web design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include web design, development, digital marketing, and related IT solutions as outlined in your project proposal.

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to start the project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Additional charges may apply for scope changes
• Late payment charges: 2% per month

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your website design and content. We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

Support & Maintenance

We provide free support for 30 days after project completion. Extended support and maintenance services are available through our maintenance packages.
